Three European projects on how to keep project results useful after the funding ends

On 23 September 2026, GEO organised and moderated the online webinar "Knowledge Exchange in the Bioeconomy: What Works, and What Lasts". The session brought together three European projects, BIO-INSPIRE, Bio4HUMAN and thERBN, as part of the BIO-INSPIRE Cooperation and Clustering Network (CCN), which GEO leads. It continues the CCN webinar series and was hosted by Greenovate! Europe, the project's communication partner.

The project enters its second year after laying the foundations for its research on community-led sustainable business models and rural resilience. NEXRUR brings together 21 European and 11 Chinese partners, connecting research and rural experiences across both regions.

The BUILD UP Skills United (BUSUnited) project has officially launched. It is implemented as part of the LIFE programme, running from September 2025 to September 2028 with a total budget of €2 million.

Applications are open until 26 August 2026 at 12:00 PM CEST.
