MIND-STEP
Project Description:
MIND STEP enhanced agricultural policy modeling by integrating individual decision-making (IDM) through advanced data exploitation and ICT progress. It developed IDM models using big data, econometrics, and behavioral economics to assess the regional impacts of the EU CAP’s shift toward farm-specific and climate-aligned measures. The project collaborated with stakeholders and other consortia to co-create and apply its model toolbox for policy evaluation at regional, national, and EU levels.
Geonardo's Role:
Geonardo led the work on Communication, Dissemination, and Stakeholder Engagement, aimed at maximising the project’s visibility and impact. Geonardo also supported project exploitation activities led by the project coordinator.
Key Contributions:

- Optimised Digital Presence: Geonardo designed and maintains a modern, user-friendly website and interactive online spaces to engage stakeholders and foster collaboration.
- Content Creation, Outreach and Stakeholder Engagement: We produce high-quality communication materials, ensuring regular updates across all channels, and drive engagement through event promotion, stakeholder engagement, and collaborations with EU projects and institutions.
- Impact-Driven Dissemination: Supporting other work packages, Geonardo ensures results are effectively disseminated, creating opportunities for knowledge-sharing and real-world application of project outcomes.
