Project Description:
ConstructSkills4LIFE project’s aim is to support the Hungarian construction industry in reaching the EU targets set for 2030, by emphasizing a holistic approach that focuses on the integration of digital technologies, improved process management and qualitative renovation practices, fostering stakeholder cooperation and entrepreneurship. As a result of the project, the ConstuctSkills4LIFE consortium revitalized the National Platform engaging relevant stakeholders from the construction industry and conducted an up-to-date Status Quo Analysis. Based on the results, CS4L developed an upgraded Roadmap to provide an effective strategy and recommendations to tackle the challenges and foster development in the construction sector.

Geonardo's Role:
As a partner in ConstructSkills4LIFE, Geonardo leads the work on Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation & Sustainability, aimed at maximising the project’s visibility and long-term impact.

Key Contributions:

• Strategic Communication & Branding: We have developed the project's brand identity, and created a comprehensive strategy for communication, dissemination, and exploitation, ensuring effective outreach to all target audiences and end-users.
   
• Capacity building and Co-creation: As part of the project, we have designed and delivered co-creation workshops to engage with relevant actors.
   
• Technical Expertise: We have provided our expertise in developing the Status Quo Analysis and the updated national Roadmap, paving the way for a more sustainable and energy-efficient Hungarian construction industry.
   
• Content Creation & Outreach: We develop high-quality communication materials, maintain regular updates across all platforms, and enhance engagement through event promotion, stakeholder interactions, and collaborations with EU projects and institutions.
   
• Exploitation & Sustainability: We lead the creation of an exploitation plan to maximize the project's long-term impact and facilitate the adoption of results by key stakeholders.
   
• Impact-Driven Dissemination: As a key contributor to other work packages, Geonardo ensures that project outcomes are widely disseminated, promoting knowledge exchange and real-world implementation.
