On the 15th of November, organized by the Hungarian Building Engineering Coordination Association, withing the framework of the National Hungarian Building Engineering Days the 3rd ConstructSkills4LIFE participatory workshop in Budapest.
The workshop was held as the third 1-day event in the planned ConstructSkills4LIFE workshop series designed to involve all relevant stakeholders in the co-development of the updated Hungarian National Roadmap for building professionals.
The workshop provided a great opportunity to discuss with the participants a thorough, experience-based picture of the situation, including the opportunities, difficulties and current trends in adult education in Hungary, in order to develop the project's actions and the National Roadmap.
It was agreed among the participants and the consortium that there is a need to stimulate demand for sustainable energy skills by providing clear learning interactions, transparency of skills development transactions and recognition of acquired qualifications to engage learners. There is also a need to focus on digitalization in future learning programmes.
